when it comes to photography, what makes me tick is - light - angles - texture - things that provoke - not quite right - bursts of colour and a little bit dark.......heres some from the archives:

as meaningful as they are in their places of residence, you cant tell me that there isnt something not quite right about religious statues:
excellent street art - melbourne: this is an artform close to my heart & only wish i had the time to really persue it myself - on canvas of course!
ok now i'm serious about this - in my travels you can only imagine how many of these gastly-little-beauties i come across, displayed in all their glory on the spare-room queen-size - or hiding in the corner of a dusty walk in robe - PUT THEM AWAY! i know they were special to you when you were a kid - but didnt you see chucky! hello, just think what they are doing to you while you are asleep! please note - teddy bears are excluded from these comments!
this was cool - its a wall light made from white straws - a display at the Henry Jones Art Hotel Hobart.....

you cant tell the person who made this lovely doll was just a little bit twisted - look at the eyes - the owner is probably still in therapy......
